When Me, my husband, 16 yr old daughter, 12 yr old son and 8 month old son got to the hotel I was a bit conserned as the buildings were 23 floors high ! When I booked through an Internet site it showed a low rise appartmemt block so I wasn’t expecting it to be so high, as I have a phobia of hights and don’t do lifts plus have asmah so can’t climb to many flights of stairs! Also I have a 12 yr old boy who sleep walks plus a 8 month old baby with a buggie! I went to the reception desk to see what floor they were going to put us on ……. Floor 16 the lady said oh my god I nearly fainted ! They said there was nothing else, I asked for a low floor and explained to her the above problems of hights ect, she didn’t seem to be bothered then I asked for the manager, he sorted it out straight away 1st floor
block 4 , what a releife. 2 small flights of stairs so wasn’t out of breath ! The room was lovely !!!! 1 bed apartment bathroom an wc nice large balcony looking out on the pool and entertainment and but in kitchen with fridge and hob and microwave plus sink and storage, we were all inclusive so didn’t really use it only for babys bottles as I brought the steralizer with me. Air con was lovely adit was so hot! Celling fan in bedroom.
Food in the main resturant was lovely plenty of variety, me and my son are very fussy but we ate plenty. Waiters were constantly clearing tables and very friendly recomed to get there early as it’s not too busy then otherwise it can be very rushy.
Pool was really nice but not that many beds, people were waiting to get a bed at 9 am but the pool area didn’t open untill 10 ?????? We stayed for 4 nights and I walked down to the pool to get a bed at 10 when it opend (didn’t stand in a que) and always managed to get a good sun bed in a good sunny area ! So I don’t no why people were waiting from 9 am ?????
The kids loved the slides.
Drinking water ….. If u are all inclusive some bars will charge u for bottled water !!!! Aparantly u only get it free if u have a gold card ???
The only down side was the
Entertainment it was not very good at all ! If you are brittish there is a bar just outside the reception area that is ok. A bit better than the main entertainment .
Overall my family had a great time and would defantly go back!
